My burger was not cooked all the way, and was not what I asked for! Then told me that I didn’t ask for only mayo and ketchup. Told me they were out of marinara sauce, and my pretzel was burnt. Not to mention they were so rude.

They really need to fix their parking lot,and they charge too much for the happy hour drinks even while on sale

I ordered a milkshake and they must have not stirred it because I got concentrated artificial cheesecake flavor on the first sip. It was like getting a sip of sour milk flavored water. Probably close to the worst milkshake I have gotten in my life.

There were like 50 underage kids having a meetup outside, this did make it hard for the employees to do their job. Several of the kids were carrying alcoholic drinks and smoking on the property, getting in the way of traffic and staff.
