  I only enjoy the turnip greens and cornbread. I don't did not enjoy the chicken I tried before so I've played it safe with the greens and it's been consistent 👍🏿

  Just watched a YouTube video of a couple from England that was visiting America. They were refused service by the lady at the counter. They asked if she could be recorded and she rudely said no and they said okay we're going to leave and she really didn't care. She was so rude that they left. I'm from Alabama and I'm embarrassed that they had to witness that. Won't be visiting Scruggs. Thankfully they found a very good place to eat. And I will be visiting Mitchell's smoked meats sometime soon.

  Was standing in line behind a couple that was visiting Alabama. Lady at register refused their service and was rude because they was filming their experience. Made Alabama look bad. So i left with them. Atleast they found another that has much better food and service that welcomed the publicity.

  This is my first time going I order the okra turnip greens and 1/4 of a chicken. It was all hot and fresh we did have to wait a pretty good while in the Drive-Thru line. And then we were pulled around to the other side of the building we probably stayed some first getting in the line to leaving 40 minutes.

  If you aren’t coming to Scruggs you’re wasting your time. HOLY COW at the portions, I can put away some food but I left here with a to-go box!! I can’t believe how much food they gave me! Andddd it’s was ohhh so good! The pulled pork and pulled chicken was so good my mouths watering just typing this. The baked beans and potato salad hit the spot and compliments the dish just right and to wash it down with some good ole southern sweet tea. Teas that’s just sweet enough to tickle the taste buds! I can’t wait to come back!
