  This might be the worst McDonald's in the area, I ordered nothing but a iced caramel latte with light ice and extra caramel, keep in mind - iced. They give me a hot latte. Im really not sure how you mess that up, considering the order was not only an iced coffee, but also had a light ice request. When I told them the situation in a nice and respectful manner, the lady gets an attitude and throws her hands down like a child in frustration. Then they give me the coffee and its poorly made and not even filled to the top. (Definitely intentional). This is one of VERY many bad encounters I've had with this McDonald's and it's workers, im done going there so I decided to leave a bad review this time. Also, the lady was mean and out of line was a lady of black ethnicity working at 1am on Tuesday May 12th.

  We've been here a time or two and have never received the service AJ provided on one of the hardest and/or busiest days, Mothers day. He went above and beyond and we look forward to coming back!

  This place is so amazing , nice employees , quick service and I just adore their food ! I definitely will be back again ps I love the McDonald’s kid toys I collect them myself :)

  Quick Take: First time being talked down to by a manager at this location. Not feeling like I will be back to this location because of it. Explanation: Visited on morning of 3/22/26. Management experience from 1:30pm that sane day. Got a black coffee and a hot Cafe Mocha. Window handed me a black coffee and attempted to hand me a frozen drink when I mentioned it was supposed to be hot. We realized that the order was put in wrong. No biggie, I pulled forward and waited. Dropped the Cafe Mocha at home to my wife and I went to church. Wife texted and said it doesn’t taste like the normal Cafe Mocha, just like a black coffee with cream (not whipped cream.) After church, I stopped by since it was on my way home to explain how it didn’t taste good..maybe something happened with the order mix-up. The manager said it was impossible to mess up the drink because it was a new machine. She asked where the drink was and said I should have called and brought the drink back so they could look at it. I explained I dropped it at home. She proceeded to accuse that I just wanted a free drink and she wouldn’t replace the coffee because I drank the other one. The whole time with a snarky chuckle and laugh. I tried telling her I didn’t drink it but she cut me off asking “Well, where is it?!” My blood really started to boil but I just left rather than make a scene over a coffee and decided Ib just wouldn’t come back to this location.

  There is this young African American girl that works at the cashier and she literally lies about how much I have to pay and when I told her the original price she goes on ahead and said that was the price she said at the beginning thinking I am dumb, not sure her name but she definitely works on Monday around 6-9 not sure
