I have gone to this Jack's for almost 6 years. The first few years it was great food and service. During Covid, it got worse over time. Staff was rude, would leave items out of your order and served their fried chicken extremely dry, maybe from sitting under the heat lamp for days. I even stopped buying from them for several months. Recently, they must have a new manager and better employees. The food, especially the chicken isn't completely dried out. Their chucken breasts are fried perfectky and the meat is moist. Previously, the thighs (thighs are very moist if not overcooked) were so dried out that it would crack under pressure. One lady overcharged me for an order. I had to wait a few minutes for my order. She walked to my truck and handed me the cash and apologized. I can now recommend this Jack's as their food and service has become much better.

Reheated biscuit hard as a rock French fries with no seasoning I mean we get Jack’s fries cause we love the Jack’s seasoning, right? Lady at window was nice, so 2 stars rather than 1 Probably do better 🤷🏻‍♂️

Stopped at this restaurant only to order fries. We pulled up to the speaker box weren’t even greeted just a very aggressive what can we get you. My husband then proceeded to get misgendered by the employee taking the order. We get told to pull around we get up to the window no hi nothing just 3.26$ and she sticks her arm out the window for the money. No apology for accidentally calling him a mam or anything. She basically throws the bag of fries at us and slams her window shut. Horrible customer service won’t be visiting here again. And the fires lack salt.

The lady that took my order spoke with clarity and her customer skills were phenomenal. I didn’t get her name, but she should be commended for how she represented herself and Jacks. I was very impressed with the quality of service that I received!
