- JJJohn5 days ago1.0If theres a new employee just walk away. They served me less than half a spon of rice, gave me almost two spoons of beans, the meat was also barely half a spoon. The sides they will put a whole ton of sour cream, picó and sour cream. The people who usually work there are the best but that new girl with heavy makeup and is about 5'3 or 5'0 yeah runnnn.

I have never been to any restaurant that is so poorly managed as this dump in Decatur. I always went to the one in Preston Hollow in Dallas Texas and it was absolutely great. I went to the one last here. They had a bunch of dried chicken in there trays to pick from. There was no tray full. Every single one of the buffet choices where Horrible. I had to come home and scrape the Horrible brown meat and dried out chicken so I could eat it at all. It was still the worst!!!!!!!! It was soooooo poorly run and managed that I will NEVER GO BACK!!! NEVER!!!!
- LNLulu NelsonApr 10, 20261.0this is the worst chiptole, i used to come here all the time. and it was fine. but the past 4 times i have came they have gotten my order wrong, or just ruined my food. tonight i got a burrito with just rice cheese and queso. it was basically a queso burrito. wet nasty sloppy. before that i got a kids meal , the forgot my chips and drink. before that i ordered a burrito bowl and a burrito. i got two bowls that were actually both wrong. i could go on about how downhill this place has gone. but id rather just never come again which sucks because this used to be the spot to go. but their awful now
