- TTTriceMay 2, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience. We ordered beverages at the bar and placed our food order at 9:45 PM. By 10:30 PM, no one had checked on us or provided any update on our food. The bartender hadn’t asked if we needed anything during that entire time. When I finally asked about our order, I made it clear that if the food had been sitting and was cold, we did not want it. She later returned and told us that someone else had taken our food and that a new order would be ready in 7 minutes. The lack of communication, attentiveness, and overall service was unacceptable. This was a very frustrating experience. If I could give 0 stars for tonight, I absolutely would.

The cheese did not seem real, and there was a white powder-like substance in the beans of the black bean burger, which was very concerning. Overall, the food was unappetizing, and I also question the type and quality of oil used to cook their fries.
