    As soon as I walked in an employee asked if I needed to order- friendly. We stopped for breakfast while traveling. Cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen in a McDonald's.

    I tried to get a single happy meal for curbside pickup and they cancelled my order repeatedly. Once before I got there and twice after I arrived while I watched them serve others in the curbside pickup. I had to go across the interstate to the other McDonalds to get my son's happy meal while risking being late for my appointment. An error on the app refused to let me put the curbside number in at the other store but at least I could still go in and grab my son's meal with the staff's assistance even if that meant carrying a toddler in while I was pregnant with bad ligament pain. I usually don't have any issues with this location, but today was ridiculous. I was using points and didn't have time to wait in the lunch rush which is why I ordered ahead on the app. A single happy meal shouldn't have been a problem especially as I saw others in the curbside pickup get meals.

    Literally the worst customer service I've ever been exposed to in a McDonald's. It's sad bc we came in and immediately we were ignored. I know it's early 6:33am but it's your JOB to offer great customer service. I feel bad for these employees bc for them to have such a negative attitude towards customers just sad. I pray that they change their attitude towards customers. And hope this review gets addressed correctly.

    I would like to leave a complaint about the service at your restaurant. I placed a large order through the app for 4 people and specifically selected table service. However, my order was never brought to the table, even though this service was offered, and in other McDonald’s locations it usually works as expected. Instead, I had to get up several times myself to check where my order was. There was also an unpleasant situation with sauces. When I came to ask for sauces, I was refused in a rude manner. Only after I placed an additional order through the app were they given to me. This attitude was very unpleasant. I would also like to mention the behavior of the staff. One employee who initially tried to communicate with me then started ignoring me, walking away to other staff members, and they stood there laughing together. It felt extremely disrespectful. I also noticed that this negative attitude was not directed only at me — the same employee treated other customers in the same unfriendly way. Out of the entire staff, only one young employee was polite and tried to help. It even seemed like he was a trainee and was being pressured by the senior staff. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. I expected a completely different level of service. If you would like to experience negativity from the staff and feel unwelcome as a customer — this is the place for you. Please pay attention to the quality of service and the behavior of your employees.
