  I walked into the restaurant around 8:00 AM and found that the dining room kiosks were not working. I waited approximately five minutes before anyone acknowledged me. During that time, employees were openly gossiping about other coworkers and discussing breaks instead of assisting customers. When I finally approached the register to place my order, the employee appeared annoyed that I was waiting there. After receiving my order, I realized my beverage was missing. Another employee asked if I had received it, and I answered “No” as they were returning from taking out a drive-through order. Instead of making the drink, the employee began talking with coworkers again. I have never left a bad review before, but this is not the first disappointing experience I’ve had at this location. The customer service was extremely poor from start to finish. I simply ordered directly from the menu with no special requests or extras. Unfortunately, due to repeated bad experiences, I will not be returning to this location.

  We arrived at around 8:30 to 8:45 PM with a large order for about 10 people. Upon reaching the drive-thru, we were greeted by a gentleman who, despite sounding a bit tired, patiently took our order exactly as we requested. After pulling up to the window, we encountered another gentleman who was extremely friendly and polite. We received our receipt and moved to the next window, where we were handed all of our drinks. We were then asked to pull up and wait for our food. I was expecting to wait a good 10 minutes due to the size of our order, but I was pleasantly surprised when our food was ready in just about 2 minutes, delivered by a very kind woman. We double-checked our order, and everything was spot on! Thank you for such a wonderful experience! :)

  I want to send a special thank you to everyone working at this McDonalds. I stopped there this past Sunday with my 2 young sons after a basketball tournament, before getting on I10 to go back to home to Pensacola. While in the drive thru, my car suddenly shut off. I was extremely upset because I didn't know what was wrong with the car and I was scared I'd have to get it towed back to Florida where we live. The staff were so extremely kind to me and my sons, jumping the car for me and helping calm me down. I would give this store a 100 stars if I could!! The kindness they all showed me and my boys that day was amazing. We also got food after my car was running again, and the food was delicious!! To the owner of the location, please give all your employees a raise, they deserve it!

  10 minute wait in drive thru at 1045am... Cold food except for fries. No dipping sauce..... Worst service I've ever had at a McDonald's.

  I understand I came during rush hour, however I returned due to items missing from my order! As I walked in I wasn't greeted or helped until 20min later. Once helped the member spoke in a very disrespectful tone. Manager witnessed it and didnt even say anything. I just walked out without my items . I am not a person to start a scene, but that made me feel so embarrassed for simply asking to have the items I was missing from my order.
