  We've been going to this location for 20 years. Recently demolished and rebuilt the building. Service quality has drastically fallen off since Covid...like at many places. We used to never wait for drink refills...now you're ignored many times just standing there with cup in hand. That never used to happen, even when busy. But yesterday there was a promo for free breakfast biscuits...woke my kids up to go, got in line and the kid outside taking orders said it was only 1 biscuit free for the entire car...WITH A PURCHASE. (that's not "free" by the way)...even showed him the Facebook promo ad...totally clueless about their own promo. Unacceptable. Friends in a different line got everyone a free biscuit...no purchase required...meanwhile I had to shell out $15 to get 1 "free" breakfast biscuit because we were already in line with cars backed up. Lack of training on promos for the actual order takers is unacceptable.

  Staff was super rude and when I went to a manager to complain he claimed they we’re teenagers and he had no control over them- as the manager you actually do.

  I know others will disagree, but the food is mediocre at best. They take forever getting your food out. Employees bring you your food but you're stuck in the drive-thru line because there's 3 to 4 cars in front of you who are still waiting. Not helpful at all, our food just gets cold waiting to get out of the line. The employees are friendly but the service has been very slow!

  Worst run location I’ve visited. Two lines and one had a person taking orders and the other just left. No one taking orders in person or at the menu. Don’t waste your time at this location. Kids clearly working with no supervision.

  All I ordered was a shake and fries to go. There were 3 people in front of me. We were all standing there by the side counter, obviously waiting. The manager (I believe) was helping the drive thru and they were hustling but it didn't seem like anyone was working on orders inside the store. Finally, someone asked the 1st guy if he was waiting on an order. It still took a couple minutes for him to get his and the next guy to get his. When I got mine, I told him thank you. There was no eye contact and I'm not even sure if he said my pleasure. Sad how service has gone down.
