  Its an Arbys but I guess they just randomly decide to not take your order in the middle of the day. Drive through orders not being taken and two people walked out of the lobby due to not being helped.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Very unprofessional staff. Waited 30 minutes for one sandwich and two orders of potato cakes. The restaurant made a mistake and did not explain that to me and that is why I waited so long. The manager did not come and explain the situation to me. Will never eat here again. Nekeya Was the manager on staff.

  Past few visits at dinnertime have been massively downhill. Previously I would've given 5 stars, I don't know what changed but it isn't what it was these past few months. Staff too busy socializing, orders incorrect, long waits to order in the first place. Difficult to even address issues as the staff disappears into the back.
