    Always takes a half hour longer to get any sort of food. Didn't get silverware for my Mac and cheese bowl so stuck eating mac and cheese with my hands.

    I ordered extra large fries and received an XL box with medium fries in the box. I'm sick of the paying for something I'm not getting.

    Its an Arbys but I guess they just randomly decide to not take your order in the middle of the day. Drive through orders not being taken and two people walked out of the lobby due to not being helped.

    If I could give zero stars I would. Very unprofessional staff. Waited 30 minutes for one sandwich and two orders of potato cakes. The restaurant made a mistake and did not explain that to me and that is why I waited so long. The manager did not come and explain the situation to me. Will never eat here again. Nekeya Was the manager on staff.
