  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a fantastic experience at William's Barbecue! The smoked meats were cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and packed with authentic barbecue taste. Every dish was fresh and satisfying, and the sauces added the perfect finishing touch. The staff provided excellent service and created a welcoming atmosphere that made the visit even more enjoyable. If you're looking for great BBQ, generous portions, and friendly hospitality, William's Barbecue is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

  This was the worst bbq I ever had in my life. The sandwich my mother ate had this foul smell and taste to it almost like it was spoiled, the baked beans tasted like they were from a can , the chicken was dry with no flavor. And when we brought up our concerns with the owner we were told it tasted and smelled fine. We paid in full because we were not looking for a free meal. I would rather starve than come here. Places needs to be inspected.

  We were on the prowl for a good salad bar so we landed here. The salad was great. The restaurant was empty and the hostess was talking to seated customers all while knowing were waiting for a table. She had us stand a long time before seating us. The menu had a lot of options but we ordered the brisket balls, and fried deviled eggs, frys and boneless chicken wings. They all looked wonderful. But the fried foods had the smell of very old grease! I almost spit out the first bite I couldn't keep eating it due to that nasty smell. The frys were cooked very well but had some kind of sugary seasonings that ruined the taste. The wings were wrong so we had to wait for 2nd order they tasted good. Until that grease is changed I wouldn't recommend. The brisket balls had Mac and cheese in them with very little brisket and no cheese seen or tasted. The eggs would have been good without the old dirty grease covering them.

  This was our first visit! We were warmly welcomed and immediately seated. We noticed a beautiful salad bar right away. Our server brought us homemade potato chips to start and took excellent care of us. The manager introduced herself and welcomed us. They both checked on us regularly. The portions were large and super fresh! We ordered ribs. They had that first toothy bite you look for, then the meat fell off the bone. Great smoky flavor! Both, of which only occur by slowly smoking them just right. Their BBQ sauce was some of the best I’ve had in a while. The onion rings were spot on, and the fries were uniquely seasoned and tasty!! Hubby loved the cornbread. We had so much food, I just took a taste. Cant wait to get back soon and try other dishes! Thank y’all for a wonderful experience!!

  We arrived at Williams BBQ around 4:00 PM looking forward to the salad bar and BBQ chicken. Unfortunately, we never even got the opportunity to order. There were only three cars in the parking lot and three occupied tables, yet there was no hostess, no one at the register, and no employee acknowledging customers as they entered. My wife, granddaughter and I stood waiting at the front for what felt like forever. Eventually, I noticed a server stand up from a booth, grab her apron, and disappear into the back. I assumed she was putting away her meal and would be right back to seat us. She never returned. After standing there another three or four minutes without so much as a “We’ll be right with you,” we walked out. As we left, I told my wife, “No wonder there are only three cars in the parking lot.” Good barbecue may bring people in the door, but terrible customer service sends them right back out. If the owners are wondering why business is slow, they might start by making sure customers are acknowledged when they walk through the front door. It costs nothing to say, “We’ll be with you in just a minute.” Based on this experience, Williams BBQ lost two customers before we ever had the chance to taste the food.
