  As soon as me and my wife fell in love with the National, it switched on us to the Royale. But we returned, and its absolutely AMAZING! Great price, amazing burgers, and wonderful service. Atmosphere is super chill, and food comes out quick. The beef tallow fried onion rings are literally THEE BEST onion rings you will ever eat. Haven't tried any dogs, but every burger is delicious.

  My boyfriend and I did a pick up order - I got the Chuck Norris (added Swiss cheese and garlic mayo) and my boyfriend got the Juicy Lucy (no pickles, added lettuce, the royal sauce and garlic mayo) with fries. Everything was so delicious!! Some of the best shoestring fries I've had for sure and the burger was oh so juicy! The chicken sandwich was a wonderful and unique combination of flavors and while I did ask for extra hot honey on the side, I didn't need it! They sauced it up perfectly. We will definitely be ordering again and probably dining in as when we went to pick up the food the atmosphere was very calm and comfortable and the decor was very nice. Definitely a good bar to watch the game at! Although seating is limited so I can definitely see this place getting packed on the weekends.

  Rarely do I leave reviews, but I feel like people should know before they go. This food was decent, but SMALL and EXPENSIVE. The waitresses didnt want to wait on us, and our drinks were only refilled once the entire time we were there. The atmosphere was decent enough for a bar and grill, but don't expect the waitresses to pay you much mind if you aren't sitting at the bar to drink. Paid $30 bucks for 2 burgers and then had to buy my fries separately. And the waitress was definitely brushing her hair right where they bring the food out.

  Stopped by this afternoon after watching volleyball at the Omniplex in Cullman. Burger was great!! Only complaint - the onion rings were big and fat NOT like what’s pictured online - taste is good but TOO BIG!!

  I ordered a juicy Lucy. I couldn’t eat it because of the heavily salted patties. I know it was the patties because I disassembled my burger until the patties were all that was left and tried them plan. When I pay $13 for just a burger with no side I expect it to be perfect. My mother ordered the same thing but hers was fine. The cook needs to pay more attention. The fries (small shoestring) get very hard as they get colder and they weren’t all that hot when they came out. The cheese sauce was way too thick to pour onto anything and a fry couldn’t be dipped into the sauce. I added the cowboy candy to my burger. 3 jalapeno slices for $.49. There was one waitress handling The Whole diner. It wasn’t terribly busy but we had to ask for everything. From napkins to refills. I don’t live in Cullman, I was just visiting family who does for the weekend. If I did come back here, I’d NOT get a burger. My sister did say the hot dogs were really good.
