Chicken biscuit is best if best. Jack’s home made biscuits are tops of all fast food.

Awful. 90% of the time when we go they take LITERALLY 25-30 minutes to serve 5 cars in the drive thru. We won't be coming anymore. The only reason we came is because that is the only fast food place between our house and church, so we always stop there. But we have lost our patience at this point. Tonight 3 cars not including us decided to just forget it and go somewhere else. As for us, we waited 30 minutes and still didn't even make it to the window. We left with no food. Just simply awful. I hope higher up management gets ahold of this place. There is absolutely no excuse.

It was 2:30 in the afternoon and I only wanted a milkshake and the line was so long. Actually the line wasn’t even long. There was four people in front of me, but it took so long that I ended up just driving away. I waited for 30 minutes on four people in front of me for a milkshake so if I could give a zero stars review on service I would.
