- BBBryan BooneSep 12, 20265.0Great location. They're always kind, no matter the time.
- HRHeather RaburnSep 5, 20261.0Every Single Time we've ever ordered from here, something has been wrong, missing or poor quality or cold. I honestly dont know why we went back. 3 breakfast platters, all cold, all orders missing the hash browns. Can't get anyone in the store to pick up the phone. Snippy at the window. Probably won't be back.
- BWBrittany WilsonAug 6, 20264.0I eat often at this jack's location and they're also nice, but I think they need to make sure whoever is preparing the deluxe breakfast plates in the morning is putting them together correctly. The past 3 times I've been there, something has been missing from my meal and I don't wanna have to wait there at the drive through window, to make sure everything's there before I pull off. I guess I'll just have to do that from now on. I tried to call to let someone know. But nobody answered the phone. Not trying to be a jerk, someone might just need to be shown how to do it again.
- KRKaley ReidAug 5, 20261.0The jacks on main ave in Cullman is the worst jacks I’ve even experienced in my complete life. The employees are rude as ever! Wait in live for 30 mins for them to NOT even give me my damn food! The manager here needs to be fired for how she talks to the customers.
