  It’s Monday night, May 18th at 8:07. I just got the worst service I have ever got at Seven7Brews. The rows were very short, no cars except one in each bay, and so I did not expect a delay. HOWEVER, the little girl in my lane had a personal connection with the driver in the Buick SUV in front of me, and chatted with the driver while 4 or 5 cars moved past me with ease in the other lane. She kept chatting and glancing back at me waiting.In the end that car ordered 1 drink as I waited over 10 minutes for her to finish her personal contact. She promptly filled my drink order in about 75 seconds. This was nothing but rude entitlement! on her part. This is totally unacceptable! I am just as important as that customer. If this is the way you honor your customer base……I will spend my money elsewhere!

  I went this morning and this girl with the lepord glasses and dirty blonde hair was rude. I percifically said I wanted whip cream on my drink and the other girl brought me my drink no whip cream she got an attitude and told the girl in the glasses and she saidno she didn't and handed my drink rudely. Not the best service

  Some of the staff take orders correctly as today goes my order was not taken correctly and my drinks were made wrong and not what i ordered i understand today is busy but this needs to be addressed

  Cullman has the best crew…HANDS DOWN! I travel a lot and 7 Brew is my favorite so I’m always looking to stop at one… no other stand compares to my local crew! I always leave with a smile no matter how bad my day may have been! I’m almost a daily regular unless I’m sick :) I know most all by name and love each and every one! They may or may not have made me gain a couple thousand followers on TikTok with their sweetness! ;) I always feel like family and I’ve never had anything bad to drink! They are great at giving recommendations as well!

  I normally don’t review places even if I have a bad experience, but today I saw a male employee wearing extremely short shorts. I asked another employee what the gentlemans name that had a ponytail was.I had been told his name was Brayden. I find it really unprofessional and disturbing that they allow their employees to walk around in shorts so short to the point I can see their underwear.
