  I had given up on Jack's in Creola for multiple reasons after multiple chances but really wanted some hamburger steak tonight for supper! So I caved and glad I did. Ordered online, 4 cars in drive thru but quickest service we have received so far since they opened and the food was delicious! Hit the spot. Don't know what changed but hope they continue with the service we received tonight!

  Twin really helped me out and had great customer service. I am very pleased with my experience all because of twin.

  Preordered a 10 peace meal online to pick up at 4:15 pm. Was there on time and as order not ready. Told they just started cooking it and it would be about 20 min. Was told that they have no control over the app. Ridiculous. This has happened before but never again. I WILL NOT BE BACK.

  Waited in the drive through for over 10 minutes waiting on 2 sandwiches. Not meals, two sandwiches. There was 3 workers smoking at the back door, so not a staffing issue.. Not a word was spoken to us by staff other than “receipt?”. When we received our food, it was cold. Horrible service.

  Consistently bad. I keep going to update bad reviews. Drive through, that country rib sammich and a drink. Ordered. Pull to the window get my drink.....pull forward and wait. 10 mins past, multiple cars in the drive through get their food and leave. I walk in and inquire about my order. Not even on the list to be made. And its not even good. A wannabe McRib. Not good.
