  We stopped here on our way back to Atlanta, and unfortunately the experience was terrible from start to finish. The Filet-O-Fish was cold, and the customer service was beyond rude. Myra was at the counter talking on her phone while we were placing our order at the kiosk, but that wasn’t even the worst part. The biggest issue came when I went back inside because I had paid for extra caramel on my sundae. The young lady, Myra that I encountered was extremely rude. When I explained that I had ordered extra caramel, she looked over at another associate, smirked, and said, “That is extra.” She then walked away and disappeared for a couple of minutes. When she came back out, she nearly brushed against my shoulder while taking another order out. I calmly told her, “Did you hear me say that was okay? I’ll just get my money back.” In a rude tone, she responded, “You’re going to have to wait on the manager to come back.” I asked how long that would be, and she replied, “She’s just going to tell us to remake it anyway.” I then asked if she could simply remake it then vs having me wait and she walked off again. When she finally returned with the sundae, I said, “I promise I’m not trying to be difficult. I come in peace.” She turned around and walked away without responding. No franchise should employ people who treat customers this way. The behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. My dad just retired as an owner/operator and sold several McDonalds. I know her behavior was unacceptable. **I’ve already submitted a complaint through the official McDonalds website, so there’s no need to reply to me to tell me to do so.**

  Dine in, I was the only one up front, maybe 4-5 cars in line at the drive thru. All I ordered was a quarter pounder meal, no special instructions. I waited 20 minutes for my meal, people who came in 10 minutes after I ordered were getting their food. They messed up another order's quarter pounder. When I finally got my food, the fries, though hot, had zero salt and were bland. My quarter pounder didn't have anything on it, just meat, cheese, and bread. I wasn't going to complain to them because it seems like they don't genuinely care, and I wasn't about to wait another 20+ minutes for my food. In addition, it was like 80-85 degrees in the dining area.

  The drive thru took forever, but wasn't really bothered until I got to the window. With 3 kids it's always a race to check the food quickly for accuracy so I can get out of other's way. Missing a slice of cheese, 2 x four piece nuggets, and all of the requested sauces. Was told to pull up and wait. After 10 minutes of waiting and finishing the food we did get I went inside. Surprising nobody they are dead inside with a sense of urgency to match. I went to the counter and had to re-ask for everything I ordered 30 min previously that was left out 15 min before. No apologies, no rush, no risk of injury from bending over backwards for sure. Was handed everything, but still had to ask for sauces. I'm even confused how we were forgotten. It's always a fear when asked to pull forward but it actually happened in this situation. Their nonchalant attitude tells on themselves that this happens often. Skip this one and get your big Mac fix at another one.

  Got the bottom of the barrel fries at lunch , ordered nuggets and they didn't give me any sauce even though I asked. Last time I come here. Cashier that handed me my food didn't say a word after I said thank you. Just gave me a death stare like I ruined her whole day for being there
