I visited the Arby's location on March 5,2026 at approximately 11:50 AM
I ordered a Jamoca shake. When the employee brought it to me, I asked if the shake no longer came with whipped cream. He immediately threw his hands up and said it wasn’t on the order and walked to the screen to show that it wasn’t listed.
At no point did he offer to add whipped cream or ask if I would like it added.
I went to my car and reordered the item on the Arby's app to double-check that I had not missed something. The item description lists whipped cream, but it does not appear as part of the order itself.
I went back inside and waited to speak with the manager. I showed her the issue on the app, and she began adding whipped cream for me. While she was helping, the employee began talking about me to the manager, saying that all I had to do was ask for whipped cream and that it wasn’t a big deal.
When I clarified that I had asked about it, the employee began arguing and yelling at me in front of other customers. The manager repeatedly told him to stop and walk away, but he ignored her and continued yelling.
At one point he stated that he did not care and that he would “still be here.” After I suggested he listen to his manager.
The manager did try to handle the situation, but the employee’s behavior was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable as a customer.
No customer should be yelled at while an employee ignores their manager’s instructions.
