  These people are so disgusting!!! They stole money off our card from the app. I sent the corporate a message through a complaint and didnt hear back in over 24 hours then when I was at my bank and called corporate to get a complaint reference number that when they decided to call me back. I guess one of the big managers was who called me last. He said bring proof of everything to me. I called my bank to see if it was neccesary she said no. She said we will handle it from this point. I didnt do what that Big manager said and followed my banks instructions. I got my money back in no time and they said someone did commit fraud on my card. The only person I care for there is a sweet lady in the mornings and by the way she acts way more better than most of these folks. Manager of the franchise and her husband are so ugly to customers . If you dont like your job why work there. There is no need to be there if you dont like your job. Get a job you love. There are better jobs than McDonald's out there. I had plenty of jobs that if I didnt care for it I elevated myself to something that I enjoyed. I started working in Healthcare for the ederly. Some might be very nieve to not notice if someone is stealing because they go to McDonald's often but me and my husband dont go there alot. We know if something happens and if its not right. Be careful about that App. Don't bother to get any Ice - Cream they have become notoriously famous for saying its broke. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

  Food is never fresh when you ask for it. It’s always an attitude if you ask for something or to have your food made fresh. The fries are always to salty or no salt. It’s only so many places to eat in Columbiana and if you can’t get this one together might as well shut it down.

  I went to McDonald’s for quick lunch. I ordered chicken nuggets and fries. My whole order was cold. It was not fresh at all.

  Went through the drive thru and ordered breakfast. The lady flashed my total on the screen $7.36 and immediately changed it to $8 saying “we’re forcing everyone to round up today to save on pennys”. She did not ask if I was paying card or cash or had exact change. Also the rounding paper on their window stated that $7.36 should be rounded to $7.35. Left without paying, I won’t be robbed intentionally by a fast food restaurant that’s already charging too much for a tiny burnt sausage burrito.

  Well first and foremost I went through the drive through at the McDonald's in columbiana alabama at 4:26 pm on 4/7/26 when I handed the young man my debit card I seen two female workers standing face to face and one was trying to mash a pimple or something on the other ones chin ... ABSOLUTELY DISCUSTING PERIOD . And second the young man that took my payment got our ice cream in two cones waited until he fixed them before he wrapped the napkins around them . Have no idea where his has have been either but I do know this we will NOT be going back to that McDonald's.
