- ASAndrew SmithJun 13, 20262.0First off Domino's as a whole barely qualifies as pizza. I have ordered from this location 3 times since moving to the area and so far it's 0/3. Every time the pizza lacked sauce and cheese despite having ordered extra of both. The toppings are always unevenly distributed with more on one side than the other. The crust has the air bubbles all over and the pizzas always seem overcooked, tough and dry. As far as food quality goes this is the worst Domino's ever. I just deleted the Domino's app so I won't be tempted to order from this or any Domino's again. But one positive thing is the staff is always friendly. Next time I'll go to Little Caesars or grab a frozen pizza from Piggly Wiggly behind the Domino's.

I got the habanero chicken and a salad. The chicken sandwich looked amazing based on the picture so I ordered it. To say I was disappointed when I got home was an understatement. I took the time to drive all the way back to town sat my sandwich on the counter and said I don’t mean to be a jerk, but this looks absolutely nothing like the sandwich in the picture. He actually looked at me and said that is because that sandwich was made by a professional chef and I’m not a professional chef. Do you just want your money back? I said no, I just want a sandwich like the one in the picture. How about you doing it right by actually adding the habanero sauce that it says comes with it. He said do you want me to just add some habanero sauce and I said no I would like my money back. When this dominoes opened in Columbiana, it was amazing. I understand the trouble hiring people these days. If you can’t get people to work there that will do it the way it needs to be done, as a private owner you should be there working yourself. That will keep it from going downhill and ending up like all the other restaurants that have failed in Columbiana. Really bummed and still hungry tonight!
