  Worst one I've ever been at the supervisor is not nice at all. She keeps the people their that is sick even throwing up in the bathrooms serving food. Being ugly to the teenage workers. I went to a lot of jacks and this one is not a nice one at all im not happy with the service at all.

  Gave jacks another chance after months of not visiting because they do not serve fresh food. Once again, given hours old fries. When I spend money I at least want to enjoy my food. These fries were cold and hard and just look at them. The chicken had barely any chicken in them and were hard and cold. Pathetic they would even allow this to go out the door.

  The customer service was friendly and welcoming, and the staff did a good job taking my order\. However, the appearance of the restaurant could definitely be improved\. There were several employees working, and it wasn’t busy, so I expected someone to take a few minutes to clean up the lobby\. A cleaner dining area would have made the overall experience much better\. I hope they pay more attention to keeping the lobby neat because good customer service deserves a clean environment to match\.

  Omg 😲 stopped by here for breakfast in between my kids Dr's appointment and was highly disappointed. The bacon was not cooked and I didn't have time to go back, grits and eggs were watery, only thing good was the biscuit. I highly recommend checking your food before leaving, even if you're rushing
