  When approaching the window the girl never said hi, hello, how are you or anything just taking orders and saying the price of the order. Not even a thank you or have a nice night. We ordered the Diablo nuggets and were upset when we opened the box and saw 5 sorry looking nuggets, they look shriveled, burnt, they’re hard and cold. Usually don’t have issues but the most recent times we’ve gone we’ve had issues with other employees attitudes and getting our order correct and presentation is usually a lot better than this. We ordered a large nacho fry, halfway filled.

  Kimberly Joe and Reese have helped me several times in the drive thru they are always smiling fast to serve and caring they always get my order correct with the sauce ! They always sound warm and inviting on the headset and joes smile is the best ! It’s great to get off work and be treated with kindness and professionalism it really goes a long way customer service is always key ! They need to go to taco bells across America to show workers how to be ! Put them in your next commercial and raises for all lol :):)
