  It’s been a while since ordering from Taco Bell in fact the last time I purchased from this restaurant was before they relocated to current location. Never had any issues before. Food was always great tasting, never had issues with the soft shelled tacos sticking to the wrapper and I felt like a human. This new location I stood at the counter roughly 3 minutes while workers even drive through clerks passed by me. Then I was asked (not really a friendly ask) if I needed anything. I would like to place an order. I had to say it 3 times before they even heard what I was saying from the cooking area (all the noise). After receiving my order I headed home as normally would. All my taco type items stuck to the wrapper, which caused the taco to rip apart, making it more of a fork meal rather than a hand held meal. The meat product in my mexi melts and soft shelled tacos had some after bite to it and was like it was put through a grinder making it like a paste with extremely fine meat granules, rather than a meat product. The soft shelled tacos had absolutely no tomatoes or cheese on them, yet the mexi melts had plenty of tomatoes, yet there wasn’t any cheese. A mexi melts was meat and cheese which is what the name refers to. A taco ain’t a taco without tomatoes or cheese. And a mexi melt isn’t a mexi melt with tomatoes and no cheese. The crunchwrap supreme didn’t have anything in it that would give it its name. Dad said it tasted a little funky but he was hungry and ate it anyway. The nacho fries container only filled roughly a 1/3 of the container. I’ve never ordered them before so I’m not sure on how much should be in there. I don’t know what company they have switched to cut their costs down for building this new location. Then again Taco Bell could just be ordering cheaper products from the same company. Whatever they have done for ordering the products used on the products we as consumers buy, it is absolutely horrible. The after bite lingers in your mouth and on your taste buds well after you’ve eaten your meal. For almost $20. I would have expected better or could have gone to Station 31. and received a better meal! I’ll never purchase from our Taco Bell again.

  I paid for a large. There’s no fries in the bottom of the bag either. I would have waited for more to be cooked if needed 😭

  Got a rolled chicken quesadilla and it’s been fine normally but I guess today’s shift was lazy because I got a not grilled burrito…?
