  We went to Taco Bell today because our Brice wanted it. First off you have to do your own ordering on the kiosk screen. I started and got to combos and the options didn’t work. I said something twice to people in the back and they ignored me. I tried another one and it worked. I placed our order. I went to get sauce and napkins and there are no napkins in the whole store and they gave up brown paper towels torn off a roll from somewhere. Probably the bathroom. I got my tacos and one was smashed and broken up. They are 3/4 full of ingredients. I ordered 3 taco supremes but they were as tiny as the regular tacos. I remember when I taco supreme was noticeable bigger and longer than a regular taco. I ordered nachos with cheese sauce and another cup of cheese. They charged me .99 for the cheese and both cups are exactly half full. That’s bullshit. Then every single drink selection on the soda fountain that I wanted was mostly carbonated water so I got a Pepsi that tasted like crap. I’ll never go back to this place. They built it brand new 2 block from the old crappy one and must have kept the same employees and substandard ways they were using . It won’t be long before you close the doors too.

  That food was so good, I ate in the parking lot, I licked my fingers, it was so good I tow dat shit up😂🤣 this 2:00pm shift on October 4th baaaaabbbyy yaall can feed me any day ookay thaaangggyaa

  I love this location. Everyone is really nice and helpful. Wait times aren't bad either, even when they are busy. However, the rice is almost always hard and crunchy. I have had a tooth hurt from biting down on the rice. I would say 1/5 times the rice has been fully cooked. I went to another location the other day and the rice was perfect. But it's very much hit or miss here and I hate it because I love the Cantina Bowl. I say this as I'm lightly chewing my food because the rice is super hard. It's crunching as I chew.

  Horrible customer service at this location- the young lady working 9/26/26 around 7pm at the drive thru is RUDE. We sat there for about 10min with no cars ahead of car nor that many cars in the parking lot and no one ever took our order. I said “hello” and then she responded “hello”. I asked if anyone was going to take our order to which she responded I’m waiting on y'all to decide.. I proceed to tell her that we didn't need ti decide we just needed our order to be taken. She gets an attitude and argues back, we drive around and she throws her arms in the air so we left. Hiring children to do Adult jobs but they still act like children is not acceptable.

  We’ve had food delivered from this Taco Bell a few times and each time they always forget something on our order. Their only way to “fix” it is to give you a credit and not to refund you. For the price you pay for the food you can actually go to one of the local Mexican restaurants and get better quality food for the price. Eat local, not a corporate chain.
