  I am writing to formally document a deeply disappointing experience I had with your Pizza Hut location on through a DoorDash order. During my interaction with the manager on duty, I was subjected to unprofessional behavior, including being sworn at. When I apologized and attempted to de-escalate the situation, the manager instead chose to call the police over what I believe was a minor misunderstanding. This is not the first time I have encountered poor customer service at this location. As a paying customer, I expect a basic level of respect and professionalism from staff and management. Due to this experience, I do not plan to return to this Pizza Hut location. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken with the staff involved. I would also appreciate a response regarding how Pizza Hut intends to address this matter to ensure it does not happen to other customers.

  Always a positive atmosphere when i head into this store fresh, hot , and reasonable service quality from the day or night staff!

  I went in and the Customer service qas great. Thank you Nancy for being awesome and I didnt get the other person name who took my order but he was sweet too. Will be back.

  I’ve ordered pizza from this place 3 separate times. Each time I’ve gotten a pizza that has no sauce.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I placed my order around 5:30 PM and paid at approximately 5:40 PM. When I paid, I was told it would only be “a couple more minutes.” By 6:00 PM, I asked for an update and was told my pizza was “going in the oven.” It is now 6:20 PM, and I’m still waiting on a single large pizza. To make matters worse, the manager told me my breadsticks had been sitting finished for about 20 minutes while I was still waiting for the pizza. Why would you let part of an order sit and get cold instead of communicating with the customer or timing the order correctly? What makes this even more frustrating is that there appeared to be six employees working on the cooking line. How does a restaurant get this far behind with that much staff? If you’re running an hour behind on orders, customers deserve to know that before they’re asked to pay—not after they’ve already been waiting. The lack of communication was the biggest issue. Had someone simply told me upfront that the wait would be 45 minutes or more, I could have made an informed decision. Instead, I was repeatedly told “just a couple more minutes.” Unfortunately, the pizza itself isn’t good enough to justify this kind of service. Between the poor communication, excessive wait time, and overall customer experience, I won’t be returning.
