Unfortunately, this location has been consistently disappointing. Orders placed for delivery or carryout are rarely ready on time, and delays seem to be the norm rather than the exception. Customer concerns also appear to go unaddressed. Most concerning, I personally witnessed employees handling and playing with food with their bare hands, which raised serious concerns for me about cleanliness and proper food-handling practices. The sarcastic and dismissive attitude from staff only added to the poor experience. Good customer service, cleanliness, and timely order preparation should be basic priorities for any restaurant. Unfortunately, this location has repeatedly fallen short in all three areas. I would strongly recommend saving your money and choosing another restaurant.
