  Worst restaurant I've ever been to worst service worst atmosphere waited over a hr for drinks then another for food then they didn't know who paid an who didn't no refills wrong food waited 2hrs for my son hotdog an still got it wrong this was awfull especially on spirit night for one of the schools in the county this place needs to shutdown

  The food did not impressed me at all and 6.00 for a little scoop of ice-cream and a thin line or chocolate and caramel the food didn't look like the pictures at all very disappointing I called the next morning to talk to a manager and she didn't say much didn't even offer to make it right no iam sorry nothing just like she could careless.. DO BETTER JEFFERSON IF YOU WANT TO STAY OPEN doing it this way you want stay open long.

  Good Food ~ Great Service My wife and I were excited to visit the new Jefferson’s in Cedar Bluff and were not disappointed. We were greeted with smiles and immediately seated. Our waitress Casey with exceptionally pleasant and cordial in conversation who frequently checked on us to make sure everything was alright. I liked the Cozy Environment that had a Hometown Appeal. We started with the Fried Pickle appetizer which turned out nice and crispy. I’ve had experiences with Fried Pickles that are served greasy at other locations. My wife ordered her usually Hot Wings while I ordered the New Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich with Onion Rings. The Wings were good as always but the New Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich was Phenomenal. The chicken breast was huge and perfectly cooked with a delicious breading and topped with coleslaw which kind of cooled the kick of the Nashville Hot Sauce. It’s served with a side of Thousand Island Dressing which I didn’t really use because the sandwich was good without it. Overall, we had a Wonderful Experience and look forward to returning again.

  Still fairly unattractive, inside & out, most people arrive by door, v dock. Floor was appalling. Partially the color maybe, but booths and floor looked old and maybe need a scrub. Staff was friendly. Wait time short, food was good, up to other Jefferson's! Got a big salad with buffalo chicken. Attractive and fresh.
