  At first, my order was taken by AI and I argued back-and-forth with it for about two minutes on the discrepancies finally, I said I was pulling forward started moving my vehicle and an actual person got on the mic after “fixing” my order, even though it did not read right on the screen I was told it would be once I paid for it of course it was not. My order was incorrect and what I did get was put together poorly and broken.

  RIDICULOUS!! NO MEAT IN ANYTHING I ORDERED!! The manager said the amount of meat in the orders was the proper proportion when the person at the window point blank told us we are running low on meat so we're having to share with her exact words! This is a joke a $35 joke at that just for empty tacos and Chalupa shells! Refuse to remake my order or give me a refund. This general manager should be terminated. At least the little girl the window was honest enough to say I apologize. We're just running low on meat.

  THIS IS PATHETIC!! i was told point blank that this location was running low on meat so therefore they were having to share.. when I called and asked to speak to the manager I was told this was the proper proportion, which is absolutely incorrect and unacceptable! Refuse to remake my order and refuse to refund my order! This is trash I would not go here

  if you want a luxe cravings box, DO NOT go to this location. they never seem to actually have it, despite it being advertised in its own little box on the menu.

  I won't eat Taco Bell especially from this location due to previous attitude, service and no appreciation of customers. My family wanted Taco Bell again and I went through the drive thru to pick up online order. Got to the window and was told I'm banned from Taco Bell due to my previous complaints. Don't dare to complain if you want to eat there!
