My family wanted Taco Bell again and I went through the drive thru to pick up online order. Got to the window and was told I'm banned from Taco Bell due to my previous complaints. Don't dare to complain if you want to eat there!

We ordered a cheese quesadilla for our 1 year old daughter. Immediately when arriving to the window we asked if the spicy sauce was on the quesadilla. The girl at the window said yes, and we asked if we could have the quesadilla without the sauce (we only realized after ordering that it may contain this). When she asked a lady from the kitchen yelled with a very nasty attitude that the quesadilla was already made which made the girl at the window laugh at the response. Very very unprofessional especially having worked in the food industry before. DO BETTER!
