I noticed that there was a BookIt birthday poster on the wall and I made mention of it when I just walked in and saw it I said " who's birthday is it? What is that? I love birdays!" And whoever was working the register between 8:50pm ish and 9pm ish has no business trying to work a customer service job the response i got was "I dunno (insert annoyed look here) It's just there. What did you order" These types of employees give all restaurants a bad reputation with their mass amount of disrespect towards regular customers. I am very upset because I in zero way deserved to be treated like that. I truthfully hope yall have audio in there and can watch the whole interaction. I was seriously shocked. I know this isn't pizza huts fault. It's 110% the employee I have nothing negative to say about the business itself or the food i received because it was delicious as always and saved me from having to cook on this ridiculously hot day.
