I usually don’t write negative reviews, especially because I have always been a loyal Papa John's customer. However, I was extremely disappointed with the pizza I received on September 29, 2026. I regularly order from this location and have always been pleased with my orders. My pizzas are normally prepared correctly and look just as good as the photos. Unfortunately, this experience was completely different. I ordered a large Garden Fresh pizza with extra sauce. I didn’t check the pizza before leaving the store, and I really wish I had. When I got home and opened the box, it was immediately clear that there was nothing “extra” about the sauce. Even worse, the overall presentation of the pizza was terrible, including the crust. It was very dry, burnt, and the toppings weren't fresh. It looked poorly prepared and was not what I have come to expect from Papa Johns. I’m not sure what happened in the kitchen that day, but the quality of this pizza was far below the standards I have experienced from this location in the past. For the price I paid, especially after paying extra for additional toppings, I expected much better. I have been a true fan of Papa Johns for years, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I hope management addresses the quality and preparation issues because customers should receive what they order and pay for. Unfortunately, after this experience, I’m seriously considering trying another pizza restaurant for my future orders

Everytime I order from them the food is hot, fresh and quick! I personally never had bad experience with them.

I ordered a medium pan pizza and cinnamon pull apart. What was suppose to be 20 mins turned into an hour. Our food was delivered cold. All the toppings fell off and it was a complete mess. Never again will I get pizza here. Will stick to Dominos.
