My friends and I made mobile orders, and received no acknowledgment from anyone. All employees were moving at a snails pace. Other people walked in after us and were served, but we were ignored until we said something after 30 minutes of waiting. Every single Jack's we have been to has been like this. Do better. Wish we could get a refund on mobile, because we would've walked out.

Kelsey was so nice to me about cooking my order fresh and making sure it came out right

This location is complete trash. The food is never fresh and they’re always out of something. My wife really loves Jacks breakfast or I wouldn’t even contemplate eating here.

This is one of the worst Jack’s that I’ve ever been to. They run out of food and don’t tell you until after you ordered. They get you to pull up in the drive-through and forget you’re sitting there. And on more than one occasion my order has been wrong. I don’t know what’s the major difference between the Jack’s in Calera and Jack’s almost everywhere else, but this one sucks. I have given this place several attempts and more times than not. It sucks every time.

Very quick service and fresh food. I usually have a good experience at this particular location. Definitely well managed and the man working up front is pretty on top of things.
