What no pickles mean or any of their own sauces apparently. I use to go to this one specifically multiple times a week. There was a 75% chance they get your order wrong. Then you get a replacement and it will be wrong as well. They serve their stale fries instead of dumping them out. The managers are rude and treat their staff terribly in front of customers.

The staff are amazingly friendly, helpful, and super efficient. The whole place is spotlessly clean and food was hot, fresh, and delicious. But the staff are what makes this place really special. Highly recommended!
