It took 20 mins to get a gravy biscuit. This is why they are closing locations. Really how long does it take to put gravy on a biscuit. This should be fairly easy even for the average person. The food was not bad at all. Place needs cleaned and trash laying everywhere in lot. Guy was nice and apologetic for taking so long.

I was disappointed cause we waited so long and they didn’t have the chicken we ordered they had to give us something else which was fine.. we have been in here before and had to wait but this was the longest wait which I understand when they are short staffed however the chicken should already be prepared when you place a large order! I mean when you are running low on chicken prepare more chicken!!! One lady that placed her order after us got her money back she said I don’t mind waiting but you shouldn’t have to wait no more than 20 to 25 minutes at best I agree!!! This place needs more workers

I went yesterday with my family, (‼️we had just came from Orlando, FL from a family vacation, we were already tired and wanting to do home‼️) we ordered through, i asked for the #15 and was telling she didn't have thighs and only had chicken breasts, I said thats fine. Also I ordered biscuits as well she said it would take like 5-10 minutes i told her that's fine. We went around got our drinks, and told us to park at the yellow sign, in which we did. We waited maybe 20 minutes and my boyfriend went and checked for our order, and thank you Lord Jesus we had our receipt. *‼️ALWAYS ASK FOR A RECEIPT PEOPLE‼️* he went in and never came out another 20 give or take past. He came out with NOTHING! He told me, they had SKIPPED our order, but they're were cars in & out from that place getting there order right after us. Again he was like hey they don't have this type of chicken again!! I said I dont care what it is at this point! And I thought the delay was my biscuits no. It was my chicken. 💀 anyways he got a refund and he told me she got an attitude with him and through the change at my boyfriend and cursed him out. He left without saying anything. I'M NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN! We placed our order 6:51pm and we left around almost 7:40pm absolutely ridiculous.
