  My family went here today , Thursday May 7th 2026. I ordered a meal deal “Turkey Thursday” for my 6 year old. Supposed to come with the sandwich, a DRINK and bag of chips or 2 cookies. My son didn’t get a drink. They told me they had no small cups and that I would have to pay an upcharge in order to get a medium drink. I did not want a medium drink for my child in the first place, nor did I think it was right to upcharge me for such a thing when they don’t have the option that comes with it. The employees were very rude when I explained I used to work at subway myself and that I know how these things work. They said they called the manager and he said “no” To me that is false advertising, don’t advertise a deal for a product or meal and not have the full product. Absolutely ridiculous and essentially theft. Considering filing a lawsuit currently.

  If I could rate zero I would!!! Went in at 5:15 pm on Friday night and a middle aged white last with tattoos said they only had flatbread and wraps and weren’t even making anymore today. Then someone else asked you don’t have any bread and she said “I just said all we have is flatbread and wraps.” Very rude and unprofessional. Do better!!!!!!! Hope another sub shop comes to town and buries yall alive!

  I realize that I went in 8:50 and they close at 9:30 but why give me a bad look when I’m a pregnant mom with a 7 month old who’s been in the hospital all day. All I wanted was some good food before I went home. They had attitudes as soon at I got out of my car until the time I left then she wouldn’t toast my sandwich, like I didn’t just see her turn it off as I walked up, why turn it off before you close anyway. And if you know anything about pregnancy you can’t have cold deli meat so now I have a hour and a half drive home to then maybe eat my sandwich if it’s not too warm from sitting in the car then heat it up myself at home with RANCH ON IT. No one wants to have to heat up their own sandwich when the are paying someone to do it for them AND I STILL TIPPED. they both had the audacity to roll their eyes and slam my bread on the counter when I stated what I wanted. I absolutely do NOT recommend the Subway.
