    I ordered a Bacon and Swiss Cheese Chicken sandwich meal for my girlfriend. I pay for it at the drive-thru window, they gave it me lighting fast. When I go drop the food toy girlfriend, they give me the wrong chicken sandwich and the good was cold. I did call the restaurant that they give the wrong food and ask for fresh curly fries. I went back to the restaurant and they gave me the right sandwich this time. The food was still cold.

    10:00 p. M. Ordered two tender meals and two sandwich meals. Got home and no tenders at all in the bags just a few cold fries.. and they had us pull up and wait for 15 min. We was the only car there the hole entire time.... Btw they don't close until 11

    The cashier was very rude, and acted like she had better things to do than her actual job. They took almost 20 minutes to bring the food I had ordered. I ordered the #2 and #11. P.s., Arby's is definitely not going to make any real efforts into making this location any better. If they were they would have already done so. They simply give a generic apology and then forget everything.

    Nasty attitudes, bad customer service, terrible managers and staff and can’t get orders correct. It’s fast food people. Sad
