  This place needs to be shut down. Service is soooo bad, not a single employee making food in the back has gloves on. Go in the bathroom a mcdonald’s employee is in there and smells like straight weed and then turns around and goes back to work. Yes it was the employee because employee walked past me again outside and the smell followed. Multiple other customers having the same problem (wait, food being wrong, having to beg for service, all sharing one machine to make an order because nobody will take one.) Arguing with employees too because they continuously messed up orders. Everybody even people coming inside from the drive thru. I order a mobile order and the drive through was around the building so i came in. they said they didn’t have it (after waiting 15 minutes) and then i come in with my husbands phone who ordered it and told them they still said they didn’t have it and i said oh well i can swap it to inside and i did then somebody comes out mad saying you can’t swap it around like that, if you can’t swap it around then why does it say on the app (don’t want to pick up in drive thru?) and gives you the option to change it. all of the cussing and stuff in the back like people don’t have kids out here too. health department needs to make a surprise visit for people’s safety. but last time i will be coming in here again because the service here is terrible. Why did it take me over 30 minutes to get my mobile order?

  Who doesn’t have coffee at 7:30 on a weekday? Who has someone pull up and wait more than 5 minutes on coffee? Car after car pulls in and leaves. I go in to ask about it and the manager rolls her eyes at me and her staff laughs. What does this supervisor teach her employees about the importance of a customer? I cam by because I didn’t have time to make coffee this morning. As it turns out I did

  I got a burger (I forget which one to be honest) and it deadaah had a bite out of it. The place also seemed like it was run by a bunch of cousins who were all married with each other and it freaked me out.

  I paid $6.80 for a medium fry and a small sundae. The Sundae was less than halfway full. For right under $4 that is absolutely ridiculous!! If they're going to cost that much, at least full it up to the appropriate amount required by company policy. The fries were luke warm and didn't have any salt on them.
