  Me, a bunch of my band mates, and my band director who attended a Solo and Ensemble at the Boaz High-school were at the Dairy Queen for over an hour waiting for food, some of us got our food but it was warm and the fries were either rubbery or hard. We were already being forced out of the High-school because the judges wanted to go home, we had to wait on food that took most of our time some people didn't even get their food until we left, the guy in the back making the burgers didn't even make my friends burger and just shrugged when he was asked if one of the burgers he made was my friends burger. We had a good laugh at the 1 star reviews and the fact the owner uses an A.I. to write his apologies to, we also believe that one of the employees was high. Also, add a bit more Ice-cream to the milkshakes, mine was fairly thin

  The food was disappointing with only the blizzard being acceptable, I ended up waiting for 45 minutes to get a $7 meal deal

  We stood up in line for 7 minutes we are the only person in line he looked and still kept talking when we finally ordered he had attitude with me and I still paid for a nasty milk shake that was watered down and looked like bird poop we went up there it took 45 minutes and I still had to go up there to get it the bathroom smelt like dead fish mixed with Taco Bell bathroom on a Friday night I am disappointed I will never come back

  Flame thrower tenders were good but didn't come with Texas toast or gravy same for my sons order of chicken strips blizzard was very disappointing compared to ones we have had from other dairy Queens and when did they stop doing the vanilla cream drinks they were the best. I guess if you want good DQ you have to go to one in Texas where they still hold a standard for their food and service

  We went by the Boaz location tonight around 7:50. I can't comment on the food because we didn't get any. We didn't even get a hello. All we got were dirty looks.The two people looked at us and then ignored us. They didn't even say we'll be right with you. They said absolutely nothing. It could not have been more obvious that, not only did they not want us there, we were absolutely not going to be served. I would have understood if they were busy, but they were not. We were the only people in the dining room, and there were two cars in the drive thru. The service was absolutely terrible. We stood there and waited for at least five minutes before giving up and walking out. There's no way to contact DQ on the website. The only way to contact the Boaz store is by phone, and I really don't see a point in that. If they can't even be bothered to take people's orders, I seriously doubt they'll even answer the phone. I don't review places often, but this deserves a 1 star review. It actually deserves less, but that isn't an option.
