  Albertville arbys is better. Food here is always cold and leaves a cardboard aftertaste. I live in sardis but if I want arbys i will bypass boaz arbys to go to albertville. Must be a management issue bc every one of the five or so times that I've had boaz Arbys since 2018 has been unpleasant. Also shame on you for using AI to write your review responses. That alone speaks to a level of laziness that would explain why you suck so bad.

  I ordered the meat mountain and it was ok but but as soon as I took my last bite I felt the rumble in my stomach it is unmistakable I had to go poop and what came after was a wave of green water poop.

  Me and my husband just went for dinner. I got to say tonight was not good at all this time. But we will not be back for a while. After we order and before we got our drinks fixed they was telling us our food was ready. Our food was not hot the fries was warn. Then I ask for some extra cheese sauce. They charged me a 1.10 for a little 1oz cup that was not even half full. We r very disappointed and will not be back fora while.

  Do not doordash from this place!. Literally ordered 2 French dip sandwiches and wanted Arby's sauce fir the curly fries. No dip! None! No Arby's sauce. Only get a $2 refund on on $28 order. Pathetic
