  Absolutely fantastic cooks, a real artist put together my hamburger! The wonderful lady who took my order was extremely nice, patient with me as this was my first time here, just lovely people!!!

  TLDR: the food is hot and fresh; the people are super friendly. I had a family member in the hospital about five months ago. The food was hot and it was one of the only things that they could eat so I went there almost every day during the hospital stay. The staff, were exceptionally friendly. Fast forward five months family member back in the hospital. I go in there. One of the staff instantly remembered my name. Highly recommend.

  had a terrible experience at Wayback Burgers. The service was completely unacceptable. I placed my order and somehow it kept getting pushed aside for call-in orders. Meanwhile, at least six people who walked in after me ordered, received their food, and finished eating before I even got mine. I ended up waiting 43 minutes, which is ridiculous for a burger spot. What made it worse was the lack of professionalism from the staff—no communication, no urgency, and no accountability. When my order was finally ready, they just left it sitting behind the counter without calling it out or even acknowledging me. The only positive thing I can say is that the cashier seemed to have some common sense and was the only one who appeared to care at all. Everyone else acted like customers were an inconvenience. Definitely needs better management and staff training. I won’t be coming back.
