  This is just a suggestion. I've ordered from here several times and generally enjoy the food. However, when a new customer asks if you sell a particular item, it would be helpful if the cashier offered alternative menu options instead of simply saying "no" and returning to their cell phone. A little customer engagement can go a long way in creating a welcoming experience. Also, when customers ask about the Impossible Burger or other plant-based options, please avoid dismissive comments like "it's not real meat." Most people already understand that and are simply interested in the product. A more helpful response would be to explain the item and let the customer decide whether it's something they'd like to try.

  Liked it the first time but when I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich on the next visit it was absolutely absurd. Wasn’t prepared to be drowning in sauce.

  05/24/2026 - GREAT cashier in the afternoon! She helped me choose what I wanted. She fit my husband's order into my combo and made sure my mixed shake was perfect. The burger was a THIN patty but it was, probably, once a great burger when it was a thicker patty. Nice decor and the non-customers don't bother you.
