  The experience has always been pleasant until most recently. We booked for an hour for my dad’s birthday. Since we were only doing an hour, the staff came by and scanned a card because we were not extending our time, after that the balls stopped coming with time still on the clock. We asked about it several times to no avail. We paid for an hour and received about 50 minutes. My dad was disappointed. The team lead promised to make it right and give the rest of the time and then never showed back up until we were leaving. He was apologizing as we were leaving. It was only 10 minutes, however, we booked for an hour and should have gotten the full hour. We paid for a full hour, not 45-50 minutes. Also, don’t promise to make it right and then disappear. Disappointing after driving over an hour to play. A lot of golf balls can be hit in 10 minutes.

  Literally my 6 year old wanted to rate it ZERO!!!! We literally came in and sat for 20 min and the watched the serving staff talk and mingle and not even address us. I love Topgolf and really wanted to share the experience with my son. I’ll try again soon but not too soon

  Visited last Saturday with a group of friends, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. After arriving, we were ignored by multiple servers for nearly 40 minutes, despite politely asking several times to be attended. It genuinely felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming at times. Eventually, a third server finally took our order. Then we waited another 40 minutes for the food, which arrived cold. To make matters worse, when the server brought my plate, half of the fries fell onto the floor. He said he would bring more… but never came back. What’s even more frustrating is that you’re required to pay for a membership to play at a place that clearly doesn’t value all customers equally. Such a disappointing experience, especially when you’re just trying to have a fun night with friends. Definitely not a place I would return to.

  The worst service I ever experienced! The bartender was totally inattentive. After speaking with the manager we received service. It was 1140.pm and the bartender wore sunglasses and was doing everything but attending the bar. Other people left because of no sevice!. The was fair but took anther 30 minutes to be served. Granted the manager provided us with a free appetizer. When done we wanted go boxes for the remaining food. She gave two small boxes. So I requested a larger container and small lids for the humus and sauce. She stated we weren't paying for it anyway! We weren't looking for a handout!! All we wanted was good food and good drinks. After speaking with manager again he stated we would probably get better service if we sat outside in the bay! All we wanted was the food and drinks at the bar. Not a rude bartender and extremely bad service!! We are not going back. Top Golf should evaluate the late night service at its Birmingham facility.

  Don’t waste your time, just go to a golf simulator. Was told it was gonna be a 30 minute wait, ended up waiting almost 3 hours. We were going to order food and eat dinner while waiting for a bay to be told that the WHOLE kitchen was taking a break and wouldn’t be able to order for at least 30 minutes. Needless to say we ordered and got our food about an 1-1&1/2hrs later. If this is the service you get for not reserving a booth ahead of time, then it needs to be made clear from the moment you walk in or this place needs to go to reservations only. Ridiculous.
