  My boyfriend and I went there about 2 months ago, we order our usual (quesadilla) and sat to wait. The manager came out and asked why did we want to eat here instead of cooking at home, me confused, said because we wanted it and my boyfriend is allergic to pork (they rarely have pork items). She proceeded to say she cooked porkchops the previous day and not all kitchens are clean. I had to go to work and didn’t feel like going through a refund, so we took the food also thinking they changed the oil. No they didn’t. My boyfriend got really sick. We called HR and they didn’t do anything about it.

  Most disappointing Taco Bell experience ever! The young man working the drive thru needs additional customer service training. I ordered a combo & asked for baja blast zero as my drink, he handed me a yellow green drink. I told him it wasn't right it's supposed to be blue and he looked at me wide eyed, hands up & shoulders shrugged. Do you want it? NO it's not what I ordered, still confusingly looking at me I tasted the drink & hand it back and told him the syrup is out, he mumbles something and then I told him to just give me a Pepsi Zero. The chips were missing from my combo but hey, they remembered the cheese. These tacos were made with severely malnourished chickens & cows! Skimpiest tacos I've ever received barely any chicken or cheese. Needless to say I won't visit this location again.

  Its taco bell i dont expect much. But the white lady manager is always yelling at someone and is super rude to customers. She gets super defensive and rude when someone complains about their order being wrong.
