  Call ahead . This one is mostly for calling in. I didn't even order because of the set up. This is a recent change have eaten there before but it's changed.

  Tried to order on the app for pick up as usual. App wouldn't let me check out. Called the Adamsville location and was told they didn't have any control over the app. I then drove to the location and ordered. Paid $3.00 extra for sauces that I didn't receive. The card payment system wasn't working in the stall and was told it been down for about a week. I get home about five minutes away and the burgers were cold and my drink order was wrong. This is not a "one off". It's been a pattern for a while. Next time I'll tell you the story about the last time I ordered milkshakes from there.... The only positive part of my experience today was the car hop. She was very nice and courteous.

  I go almost everyday and get a drink. They're some of the kindest workers I've ever encountered.

  Pulled into a stall ,pressed the button and gave my order. I was then asked to move stalls because it was too far to walk for the car hop. When I finally got my food 20 minutes later, the car hop was very rude and snobby. 1 star only cause I can't give 0

  Service is not really good. I told the person at the window the drink wasn’t correct and they got upset with me as if I made the drink it.
