It’s rare to Saag Paneer so fresh that it’s close to the color of fresh spinach. I don’t remember anything ever tasting like it sat in a container and was reheated. Dine in service can be a bit hit or miss, and prices are on the high side, but the money seems to go towards food quality so I’m not complaining. Atmosphere is very nice, and the place is very clean.

The service was outstanding from start to finish, making the entire experience even better. I highly recommend giving this place a try. If you like to play it safe but still want plenty of flavor, the grilled salmon is an excellent choice. If you're feeling adventurous and want to try something outside your usual order, the Rogan Josh Goat is an absolute must—it was incredible! 🔥

The rice was fresh and not sticky I added purple onions to the rice. The cheesy garlic naan was wonderful as well. Tasted like cheesy garlic bread. Very fresh. Raj & Jordan was wonderful and customer service was marvelous. 1000000/10 would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I haven't even explored their regular menu yet (they offer more than just the buffet) because the buffet is that good. The spice levels are bearable, even with my African American palate, and the food is consistently flavorful. The atmosphere and overall vibe are always great, making it a place I enjoy coming back to. I visit at least once a month, and sometimes even more. It's easily one of my favorite spots in Birmingham.
