- TCTakilya CovingtonMay 12, 20261.0I ordered a large beef and black olives hand tossed pizza. Pizza looked like it was thrown together, crust looked as if they gave me a thin crusted pizza. Half of the pizza was thin crust and it was really greasy. Called the store, the lady told me to bring it back and it still looked the same she said they change the dough but the Pizza Hut in Fultondale and downtown pizza never look like that. Worst Pizza Hut ever

Everything else was good but that door dash was the delivery driver. They got lost thank goodness they called me for directions even though could barely understand them. Got my food though eventually!

I said pick it up and eat it. All toppings was in box not on pizza. He remade it but really rude about it. He said it would look the same. I haven't been to another pizza hut. Montclair give you cold and old pizza. I used to get pizza hut every week. Now I haven't been in a long time. Manager was not nice at that time. This is a real person review

- SRsatoria RosalesJan 6, 20261.0Shift lead closed store at 10pm. Gave me food that I didn’t order and said I will get a refund for my order the next day. The food she gave me was cold and you can tell it had been sitting in the hot box for a while. I asked for corporate number she gave me a hotline number for dating. The shift lead didn’t even know what OSHA was!!!! Called the location in the morning to talk to the store manager and he didn’t seem to apologetic about the situation. I will never go to this location again. And I found out that my money should be returned within 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. You should not be a shift lead if you can’t manage a location by its corporate hours.
