  Great pizza and a wonderful experience! The pizza at Pazzo Big Slice is fresh, flavorful, and the slices are generously sized. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was great. Definitely a nice local spot for pizza in Birmingham.

  I had a truly delightful experience at Pazzo Pizza recently. The pizza was absolutely superb, with a perfect crust and delicious toppings. Their calzones were equally impressive, wonderfully flavorful and generously filled. Beyond the exceptional food, the service we received was top-notch. I highly recommend Pazzo Pizza for a fantastic meal out.

  Just my Whole family of 19 people men women children all enjoyed different food especially pizza in a lovely atmosphere. we come with family and friends almost once a month. sometimes more than 60+ people with family and friends. Before we used to book a hall for family parties. Not anymore It’s a bigger place with yummy delicious variety of food lovely atmosphere, fabulous location to arrange a big party, there’s plenty of sitting inside and outside.

  I typically do not write reviews but was forced to on this occasion. This place literally ruined our family evening outing on Sunday (7/12/26). Ordered through the kiosk and then didn't receive the order for almost 30 minutes. After follow up was told it takes time for the ticket to get generated and should have ordered directly with them instead. Well thank you for that, maybe you should put some kind of disclaimer to warn us on that beforehand. When we finally received the order after the long wait they messed up our order. There was absolutely no chicken in it, when I went them to complain about it, one of the bearded guys simply snuffed and offered to only give me a $5 credit for no chicken. I told them that's not acceptable either you give me the correct order or refund me the amount. He turned on me after that claiming "they only have issue with desi ppl like us". I'm not sure what that has anything to do with the issue I was complaining about. Felt very humiliated in front of my family. Long story short we are definitely **NOT** going to this place again. This place has no courtesy and/or empathy for its customers. Thanks for ruining our evening that day. They probably realized they had messed up and did give me a credit for 1 pizza almost as an after thought.
