The last few visits here have been perfect. Even really late at night the food has been hot and fresh each time.

Went to this one for a while cause it was better than the valleydale location, but I have found HUMAN FINGER/TOENAILS in my fries 2 times, which makes me sick thinking about what else they could be doing to the food. If the Hoover Health Dpt. ever sees this, you gotta dig into these people cause someone is committing felony food poisoning on the regular

The food quality at this Highway 280 McDonald's location falls well below standard, especially when compared to the premier franchise at 1751 Montgomery Highway across the street from the Galleria, which is arguably the absolute best location in the entire state. However, the biggest issue at this 280 location is that if you go here, you are always going to be left late or delayed because of the sheer inefficiency of the individuals who work there. The actual experience of ordering is completely ruined by the hostile, unprofessional attitude of the staff. The employees here appear poorly trained, uneducated, and bring a distinct, visible prejudice toward white customers into their shifts. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with workers who treat you with blatant disrespect and hostility for no reason other than the color of your skin. Between the broken timelines and the toxic environment, the behavior of the staff leaves a terrible taste in your mouth and ruins the entire ordeal. Management seriously needs to address who they are hiring and how their staff's prejudice and delays are severely damaging the business on the 280 corridor.

I’ve gone to this McDonald’s sooo many times and I don’t know if they have lost the good manager they had or if he’s on vacation or what but lately the orders are wrong 90% of the time. Tonight won the prize for the worst experience though. It was 28 minutes from start to finish to get my order and get it right. What did I order? A bacon double quarter pounder with cheese meal with a Coke no ice, no pickles and no ketchup on the burger, and another of the same except plain (bread, patties, cheese and bacon). So how do they manage to not put bacon on one of them? It’s the first word in the name! Bacon! So I order on my app ready to go through the drive through and unlucky me picked the wrong lane and got skipped twice. I pull around and get my receipt (which was the only correct thing about my order and experience). The gal at the next window where you’re handed your order says they are out of Coke. Say what? How can you be out of that? Okay make it a Sprite please…. Did the “no ice” on my order get forgotten already…oh wait it’s right in front of you as you proceed to dive the cup of what’s going to be my drink into the ice container filling it to the rim with ice, then pour the drink and hand it to me. So I say “it’s supposed to be no ice” and she looks confused and then at the monitor to see if I was wrong and tried to pour the drink from the full ice cup of drink into an empty cup. One ice cube fell in the process, she looks into the cup with a puzzled look, and finally realizes she’ll be better to just start over with this task. Next, as she grabs a bag that is my order, she peaks inside and then asks the gal next to her who lined up the orders “you sure it’s got bacon?”…”yes” she replied. Well I know better because recent orders for these exact burgers have made it all the way home only to realize there IS NO BACON ON IT! Have you seen how much they charge for an order of bacon, I mean!!?? So, before leaving the premises I park the car and look inside the bag. The first thing I noticed is the fries were half full - HALF! Then I take out one of the two bacon burgers…one of the two had no bacon on it. Seriously???? I grab my receipt and walk inside because now the drive through is long since they have coned off the lane where I was skipped twice. Did I mention that I’m in a medical boot up to my knee with a stress fracture? Yeah, so now I’m irritated (as if I wasn’t already) thatI have to deal with this mess. I get inside and have to wait and great, now I have to pee! I can’t leave my bag of food just out anywhere and I’m not taking it to the bathroom so I decide to hold both (sorry if that was tmi). Another gal comes over and gives me a look as if to ask “yes?” so I tell her and she said “oh it’s just that one? Here, give it to me and I’ll have them put bacon on it”. When she comes back I mention and show her the fries and asked her if she could put some more in there, and you would’ve thought I was being the most ridiculous and problem customer ever with the look I was given. She walked away and came back a minute later to tell me they are waiting for the fries to finish, it’ll be a few minutes. Ugh…now I really have to pee. When the fries are finished, she brings another half filled medium box and hands it to me with the same look like I’m just being ridiculous. Meanwhile my husband at home is messaging me wondering why it’s been taking me so long. This makes me not want to eat there anymore. I need to stop eating McDonald’s anyway and this is just another incentive to do just that. It’s a crap shoot and tonight that’s what the experience was - crap.
