  The customer service here is horrific. It is 11:02 on Friday, May 8. I ordered a burger and coffee 20 minutes ago, and nothing yet. And this is supposed to be a “fast food” restaurant! The attitude of the lady behind the register…let me not go off on that.

  Close it down, that is all. If you can't get a professional human that can manage this location, let alone a manager that even operates at a 25% professional level, it needs to be closed. First of all I rarely stop here or let alone any fast food, if I do it's for good reason. So on the rare occasion that I have stopped at this location out of true desperation, just hoping to get lucky, instead it has been a ridiculous scene. Normally, no one comes to the drive-thru speaker for like 10/15 mins or not at all. If they do come, they have an attitude. Then if you do eventually get your food it's incorrect, cold, messy etc. Workers are rude and uncaring. And the manager? She's the worse excuse for a manager I have ever seen, super unprofessional and disrespectful without hesitation and unapologetic! She's in her own little world. She's taking that check but she is definitely not doing the job. I would drive miles out of my way to avoid it or just stay hungry. I feel bad for the people working at the hospital or coming/going to the hospital and needing a quick bite, because theres not much else close. I guess they all know by now, dont do it! 0/10. Do better McD's!!

  This is a terrible thing to write. The service is absolutely horrible. The orders are nearly always incomplete. That is due to bad training people who doesn't care or the managers doesn't care how the employees do their job. Unsat on all of the above.

  Literally the worst McDonalds! Always takes forever to get your food even when no one is in front of you then it’s usually not hot. I keep going back because it’s close to work but this is definitely the last time. Do better!

  I came inside this particular McDonald’s. I ordered a steak, egg and cheese bagel. 🥯 This location makes some of the best sandwiches in the world. The manager was extremely professional and friendly! I will be coming back. Great job 👏 y’all
