- WFWilliam FergersonApr 27, 20261.0I’m honestly tired of dealing with this location. They NEVER answer the phone—what’s the point of even having a number if no one picks up? On top of that, I’ve asked multiple times for my food to be cooked fresh, and they still hand me something that’s clearly been sitting. It’s frustrating paying for food that’s not even made the way you requested. And of course, like always, the milkshake machine is “down.” At this point, it feels like an excuse more than anything. Between the poor communication, lack of care with orders, and constant issues, this place really needs to get it together. If I could rate this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

They NEVER apologize for the long wait and they don't have any manners! Too many young people in there that don’t care about anything! Just got my food and after waiting a long time in the line my food was cold and my fish sandwich tasted like it had been sitting out all day! NOTHING WAS FRESH! Everytime I try to give them another chance they remind me exactly why I never go to this location!!!

I dislike this mcdonalds is near where I live. when my kids like to eat mcdonalds on the weekend I'll be sure to drive pass.
