    The worse McDonalds ever I asked for a vanilla milkshake and they gave me one mixed with chocolate….i don’t even eat chocolate. No one is professional and to be honest it needs to closed down and hire all new people.

    If I could leave no stars I would, disgusting my son found a few pieces of hair/weave in his fries. Workers are not hardly friendly. I didn’t go back and say anything because we were traveling in from TN and back on the Highway. Yuck yuck yuck! Instead of having your have bouncing all around you should have a hairnet on.

    No more free refills, no deals, rising prices and smaller portions. Doing great guys. Also the kiosks we must order from because no one ever approaches the register NEVER have paper for receipts. This is in just about every mcdonalds.

    May 6th, 2:15 pm to 2:30 pm. We tried the drive thru and they were not answering. They let 5 cars go that were behind us, on the other intercom. We were told multiple times to wait. When we got inside, apparently it was a problem with others from what I heard. It's very unorganized. It's clear that the staff aren't working together well, yelling at each other. Other staff are joking around. It took very long even after we got inside for our food to get inside, which was just two caramel frappes. It seems only one worker is truly doing the work. I saw another worker either taking a break or slacking off, along with many other workers definitely not doing what they were supposed to do. We were asked multiple times what we ordered, and even one staff asked if our number were still here like they were just waiting for us to leave even though we already paid for our order. The frappes were okay, nothing exceptional.

    Order took forever, it was made wrong. I didn't have 45 minutes to wait for a corrected order. Don't expect this McDonald's to be up to any standard.
