In Columbus, Ga, the $5.99special can be requested without the app. We were the only one at this location and we waited over 10 minutes for 3 sandwiches. The sandwiches were a chicken caesar wrap, a little john vito, and a club lulu. The lulu had a spicy taste on the sandwich, which is not part of the recipe for that sandwich. Because of not telling us about the app, we over paid by $10.00. I used to be an owner in the late 2000s and most of what they did doesn't follow Jimmy John standards.

There are different people working here now and they are no longer “Freaky Fast,” but “Disappointingly Slow.” Even when I use the app to order ahead, I’m waiting ~10 minutes for my order, with no other cars present.
