    Terrible customer service. The food is always great, but the people working are never in a good mood. I was here several months ago and ordered 2 of the same sandwiches, 1 was cut, the other was not. They refused to give us a knife or cut the sandwhich themselves, and were rude then. Today, September 7th I placed a pickup order in the app for 2 combos, there was no option for curbside, just pickup. When I arrived, I called the number outside in the parking spot and the girl that answered the phone hatefully informed me to come inside to pickup the order as it was not curb side. When I went inside I asked where my order was and was immediately felt unwelcomed into the establishment, one of the ladies said it should be over on the shelf and that’s all she said. In the app, I selected barbecue flavor chips, which were not in the bag. When they were asked about the chips, they said it was pickles instead of chips on combos. Why would we order chips in the app and select our flavour of chips if they’re not gonna include them?? I said the time before last that I’d go somewhere else, I tried it again today because the prices are good and it wasn’t any better than last time. Will be going just down the road to firehouse or somewhere else next time.. seeing as its already a 15 minute drive to their restaurant

    I usually do mobile order here and it's always ready and correct! I dont love the new lettuce and the last few times the roast beef slices have been tough but overall very consistent
