    Five stars for speed and convenience. Not much space to eat inside but great to order ahead and pickup. And they always have some deal for pickup.

    I guess it’s true what they say, people are more likely to leave a bad review than a good one. I’ve been ordering lunch from this JJ for over a year, sometimes multiple times a week, and overall I’ve been a loyal customer (and tipper.) Unfortunately, it’s also been pretty common for something to be forgotten whether it’s napkins, mayo packets, added bacon, or another item. Today right after I placed my order, I texted the delivery driver (who has always been kind, and we’ve built a friendly rapport over time) and politely asked if he could make sure the mayo and mustard packets were included since they’ve been forgotten so many times before. When my sandwich arrived, it looked like the opposite had happened. It was missing the onions, mayo, and the added bacon, and it had only a couple of slices of meat. It honestly felt intentional, as if my polite reminder offended someone at the store. I hope that wasn’t the case, because I’d rather believe it was a mistake than retaliation. But after being a frequent customer for over a year, this was by far the most disappointing order I’ve received. I simply wanted the sandwich I paid for and a couple of condiment packets. In the store’s defense, they offered to send out another sandwich but I declined because it seemed I’d already upset the preparer, and we know how that goes. Shoutout to Kris the delivery driver though, he is always pleasant and accommodating.

    I stopped by here for lunch and I REGRET it. The sandwich was definitely not worth the price. The staff were more focused on being playful with each other than providing good customer service while fixing orders. I asked to have my sandwich toasted and was told no because I had a “regular sandwich” and it didn’t have bacon on it. Since when does bread only get toasted if there’s bacon involved? Subway would never. I won’t be visiting any more.
